Healthy circulation for healthy legs!

Healthy circulation for healthy legs!
Inspired by the latest article "Avocado for a metropolitan skin" I thought on finding something simple and effective to alleviate and if possible prevent the problems related to the blood circulation of the legs as our urban life is very frenetic!
And as this were not enough, footwear fashion does not help at all! First of all, if the heels and stockings are a must better to wear a comfortable wedge heel type and graduated pressure stockings recommended on choice by an expert because the reference table is not so easy to understand and to apply!
For those who work on foot they must try to be on moving even while standing still and for those who do a sedentary job the feet must be raised from the ground using old books or folders based on the height!
Here are three simple and easy remedies!

Blueberry
The fruits are very good to eat and are made of about 80% of water; they contain blueberry glucosides, tannins, a pectinic substance, organic acids such as limonic and malic acids, vitamin C, phytocomplex of the B group vitamin and provitamin A.
The leaves should instead be used fresh or dried in the form of infusion. They contain about 21% of tanini, arbutina, mirtilin glycosides, neomintilin, hidrochinini, flavonoids, orikolin, quercitin, carifilin, mirtilorosen, urson, and many mineral salts including calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, copper and cobalt. In addition, according to the pharmacopoeia contains 15 different forms of glucose that make it even more important this fruit.
Given the multi variety of its components make it a plant of very important use but at the same time "dangerous" in the sense of its fruit that can easily be confused with others that are poisonous and the use of herbal tea leaves for a long time !
The high percentage of the tanfin phytocomplex make it a plant with a visible effect in the treatment of diarrhea, as a disinfectant of the urinary tract and of the intestine; the 15 glucidic forms make it used in the treatment of diabetes; provitamin A, on the other hand, makes it a weapon for improving vision and problems linked to it; on the other hand, the bilberry phytocomplexes and flavonoids wich are bond with it make it a weapon in the protection and prevention of vascular diseases and blood circulation as a strong antiplatelet platelet!
The infusion is made by adding 20 g of blueberry leaves in
1 liter of boiling water and
leave to stand for 15 minutes and then filter.
You have to drink 2 cups a day for 15 days! It is recommended no more than 15 days!

Borage
Its leaves are rich in mucilage so it is emollient and anti-inflammatory, tonic, decongestant and diuretic like all plants! The decoction and the infusion help to fight the respiratory diseases thus facilitating sweating and therefore the lowering of fever! The rinses with the infusion help in case of inflammation of the mouth even in the presence of inflation!
Its seeds are rich in unsaturated poly fatty acids that are also found in extra virgin olive oil (oleic, linoleic and alpha linoleic acid) which have cosmetic properties as anti-inflammatory (external use in the case of eczema, dermatosis, dry skin , wrinkles, psoriasis); regulates the female hormonal system (amenorrhea, ie, abundant flow, menstrual pain, ovarian cysts and menopausal problems) and protects the cardiovascular system (vasodilator and antiplatelet of platelets)! The use of this oil must be done under the pre-registration of a naturopath or an expert as it has contraindication for those who take anticoagulant drugs as it reduces the effect!
The decoction is prepared by boiling 1 tablespoon of borage in
 1 liter of water
 for 5 minutes!
Then you filter and drink a cup a day before going to bed! It is used for no more than 20 days!
Be careful when filtering to avoid hair!
Butcher's Broom
We see this beautiful plant at Christmas time as it is a symbol of good luck that unfortunately the indiscriminate harvest has made it a protected species in some regions! It is often grown as an ornamental plant!
It has high amounts of potassium, calcium and resin, so it is excellent as a diuretic, which makes it ideal for kidney stones, renal lithiasis and uric acid accumulation; aperitif and reintegrator for sportsmen or in case of heavy sweating; and vasoconstrictor and tone the venous system!
The decoction is prepared by boiling 40 g of holly root
for 4-5 minutes in
 1 liter of water.
it is filtered after cooling! You drink 1-2 cups for 6-7 days!
