and unfortunately also the correction of
the signs left by the sunscreen or unsuitable lamps. Unfortunately, the

1. Strawberries not
only at the table but also on the face!
Strawberries contain
tannins, mucilage, vitamins and
mineral salts. Mucilages are very important as they go to moisturize the skin without loading it or
making it shiny. These together with the other components make the
strawberry has nutritive, astringent,
diuretic and anti-free radical properties!
Use:
3-4 strawberries
blended or pounded preferably with leaves, add to this
2 teaspoons of acacia
honey as it is free of allergies and easy to use,
1 egg white part
whipped and then
2 tablespoons of
sweet almond oil if you have dry skin or jojoba oil (jojoba wax) if you have
mixed / oily skin.
Apply it on the
face or on the affected part for 20-30
min. and then rinse with warm water.
To be repeated twice a week.
The strawberry is a fruit not recommended for diabetics, for those
suffering from eczema, hives and in the case of allergy to the umpteenth fruit!
2. The Carrots have
no season!
The carrot is the
vegetable most used by man! Contains vitamin C, B1, B2 and above all carotene
and provitamin A, potassium and many trace elements; but a very important
substance is the daucarina as it is vasodilator that penetrates the dermis and so
nourishes the epidermis!
Below I show you how
to prepare simple, easy, cheap and above all effective masks!
FRESH CARROT: Grate 2 carrots washed with skin if not
treated so organic growing and make cataplasms so apply this mass on the face
and than rinse only when it is dried. To be repeated twice a week. As you wish, you can add 1 cucumber to make it more refreshing.
COOKED CARROT better
if steamed: Crush 1 steamed carrot with a fork, add 1 teaspoon of acacia honey,
mix water and starch in equal
quantities to make a paste. Apply it for 20-30 minutes and then
rinse with warm water.
3. Toned anti-stain
solution with chamomile and lemon
1 glass of distilled
water (the one we use for the iron)
½ lemon as it is an excellent lightening
2 tablespoons of camomile tea
Put it all in a dark
glass bottle and apply it to the face with a cotton swab after cleansing the
face before going to bed. As a bottle, I advise you to recycle a bottle of finished olive oil free from traces of oil
(hot water and bicarbonate is added, shake well and then rinse).
