Easy hand made cream with Mallow: for sensitive hand skin.

The hands are a very important part of our body presenting a beauty to which we care so much, hiding them sometimes in the flashiness of the nails, but their care must be inevitable! They are often dry and cracked because they are exposed for a long time to the cold, wind and especially to unsuitable detergents! To keep them beautiful you have to wash them with a good soap and dry them thoroughly! Here is a good emollient cream with which you have to massage them for a long time from the nails to the wrist!

In a previous article I wrote on how mallow and birch are helpful  not only to reduce water retention but even the unsightliness of cellulite. Here the mallow retains all the virtues (as I wrote in the reference article) therefore it is also excellent as a moisturizer for the skin.

Enjoy your reading and in await of your comments! See you soon!

You make an infusion using 5g Mallow leaves in
100g Mineral water, which has to be heat to a gentle boil. We turn off the heat and leave it for 10min with the mallow leaves. Leave to cool.
In a bain-marie melt
20g of beeswax and
10g cocoa or shea butter to which we add
50g of sweet almond oil and then
40g of lukewarm Mallow decoction, always under a bain-marie, stirring well and, if necessary, using the immersion blender to make it more homogeneous! As long as the product is still fluid, it is poured into an empty dark glass jar (finished yoghurt jar coated with tin foil) with the technique I showed you in the previous articles or into a good finished cream jar! Close it hermetically and put it in the fridge!
