Goodbye Acne Hello Natyre!

Acne is a problem not only for young skin but also for the mature one until you hear saying: I have wrinkles but acne does not go away! Without mentioning comodoni which is another very difficult complication!
The problem is due to many factorsthe juvenile type is mainly hormonal and usually goes away with time, usually returning monthly for women instead for men when shaving. For mature skin, acne has another face in the sense that it is due to internal factors, which have to be seriously faced because they may be a consequence of hypercholesterolemia, diabetes, irregular cycle, anxiolytic drugs or just a bad diet accompanied by a diet low in water and rich in animal fats, sugar, and coffee. The error that has to be avoided in absolute terms is the repeated soap washings, as the reaction of this leads to an increase in sebum and therefore the situation worsens.
Here are my advices! I await your comments! See you soon!
First, I advise you a diet without fried foods, animal fats, sweets and milk chocolate. But a lot a lot of water at least the famous 2 liters a day. The water should be drunk as a broth sip after sip. The first liter from 8.30 up to 12.30 and then the other one from 15.30 up to 19.30 at least 2-3 hours before bedtime! Avoid foundation or other similar creams because they are very rich in oils, so if not, use those specific for oily skins which unfortunately has a significant cost as well as being very difficult to find the right one.
The Cabbage:
With the leaves you can make a mask as they are
  1. rich in vitamin C, so it acts as an antiseptic which is very important because the oily skin is normally contaminated
  2. rich in a sulfurate ether that acts on the oily skin in a targeted manner. The activity is multiple because it also acts against skin inflammation, sunburn and chapped skin where in this specific case using the raw leaves after being soaked with sunflower seed oil and then appling it directly on the affected area!
The mask in question is prepared in this way:
  1. soften the leaves with a little 'hot water (the water must be below the level of the leaves) crumble them and
  2. add a little at a time jojoba oil (3-4 pipettes for 2 leaves approximately) until you get a mash
which is applied to the face and left in pose for 30min.
Then rinse with warm water without soap.
Do not be scared if you feel the skin slightly moisturized! It can be kept in the fridge for 2-3 months in a dark and hermetically sealed container. For storage I recommend to recycle a dark container of a finished cream or a glass yogurt jar coated with aluminum foil where it is better to write what it contains to avoid unpleasant incidents with cohabiting.
Tomato
Tomato is a recognizable vegetable of the Mediterranean diet. It is very rich in water, mineral salts and water-soluble trace elements so easily recognizable by our body, but especially rich in lycopene substance (carotenoid) this with anti-free radical effects therefore with an important anti-tumor and anti-aging function! Here it is better to use the San Marzano variety, which is the pear variety. Wash and cut along the major side to remove the seeds then pass the pulp in a sieve where for each kilo is added 10g of glycerin and mix thoroughly until you get a cream or a slightly whitish foamy mass (to 1 tomato is added about 200g glycerin). Apply to the face, leave on for 30 min., and then wash with warm water without soap. This can also be kept in the fridge for 2-3 months in a hermetically sealed container. Glycerin can be found at a pharmacy or in shops or ironworks.
Scrub:
It is advised to use Acacia honey because it is soft and easy to use with other ingredients as well as being an excellent moisturizer and free from allergies.
So the scrub is made in this way:
for 4 tablespoons of acacia honey add
2 tablespoons of semolina because it has small granules so it acts as a scrub than
½ lemon juice without seeds.
Apply to the face making circular movements. It has a pleasant consistency almost like a cream and even a good taste! You will feel the skin pull a little! Then rinse with warm water without soap.
If you want to add to the same mass 2 teaspoon of sugar you will also have a peeling effect of course its consistency will be slightly chewy and will eventually behave like a scotch so pull it in the opposite direction to the regrowth of the hair.
This is kept for 30 days in a dark glass jar with the same principle as before.
Its properties can be best expressed if you first steam the face by adding lavender, rosemary, sage and thyme to the water. Then apply the scrub ending with a normal rinse always without soap!
